Covid-19 Precautions

As the coronavirus continues to affect the bridal industry and beauty professional, it has led us to implement guidelines to follow specific recommendations made by the CDC and Governor. Unfortunately, in our industry, we are unable to follow cdc guidelines to safely provide these services as we are face to face, one on one most of the time and cannot safely stand 6 feet apart. We understand these guidelines may be odd and restrictive, but in order to safely provide our services, these rules must be implemented to keep our business running safely until further notice.

 Trials-

  1. Trials are typically located at a house that has been dedicated to a bridal salon space. To keep our clients and team safe, we are temporarily moving trials to a nail salon located in Palatine, IL.
  2. Clients will be required to pass a touch free temperature check prior to coming into the salon. 99 degrees or above will be asked to reschedule. Please do not come to your appointment if you are feeling ill in the slightest. If you are coughing and sneezing, we have the right to refuse service. Please do not take this personally as we all are trying to keep others and ourselves safe. Many of our artists have high risk family members. Safety first <3
  3. If you have allergies, please be sure to take any medications to relieve this as we do not know who may suffer from allergies and will mistaken for illness symptoms
  4. Only one client will be permitted in the salon. Guests will not be permitted. If another client is inside prior to your appointment, we ask that you wait in your car or outside until we have finished cleaning and sanitizing the area and our tools. We will give you a call when you may come inside.
  5. All clients will be required to sign a waiver of liability before services.
  6. All team members will be required to wear masks at all times. Gloves will only be required for makeup artists. We will hand sanitizer and/or wash hands before and after each client.
  7. We LOVE chatting and getting to know all our clients! This is an exciting and fun time! Unfortunately, since we won’t be requiring clients to wear masks and gloves during the service (we cannot apply makeup if a mask is worn by the client and cannot properly maneuver the hair), we ask that all clients receiving services remain silent during this time. The makeup artist gets really up close and personal, so this will keep you and the makeup artist safe. Consultations will be made prior to starting services at a safe distance, so feel free to chat with us and tell us all the things you want to do for your hair and makeup.
  8. Cash will no longer be accepted as a payment option until further notice. Final balance and any tips will be accepted via Venmo, Zelle Quickpay, or PayPal.
